Dr Tim Paget MB BS, Dip Pharm Med, FFPM

Navigate Medical Limited was founded by Dr Tim Paget after he had already spent 4 years as an independent consultant pharmaceutical physician.  Tim brings many years of experience to the business and the work of Navigate Medical is principally provided by Tim & Clive who additionally collaborate with a small group of expert associates, mainly pharmaceutical physicians.

Tim initially trained as a GP then joined the pharmaceutical industry in 1995. He trained in Pharmaceutical Medicine, attained the Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine and became a Fellow of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine in 2005. Tim has additionally trained as a Business Coach and in the psychology of communication and change in order to enhance his contribution to projects. Tim’s experience encompasses many therapeutic areas and aspects of brand and departmental support both in the UK and in global initiatives. He has led key teams in a number of organisations both employed and as an independent consultant over some 25 years in industry.

Dr Clive Selwyn MBBS, BSc (HONS)

Clive joined Navigate Medical as a partner in 2020. He brings with him a wealth of Pharmaceutical Medicine experience – including 5 years of in-house Medical Affairs work, followed by more than 12 years of experience as an Independent Pharmaceutical Physician.

He trained in acute medicine, including as an anaesthetist in Central London, before joining the pharmaceutical industry in 2008. Clive is a Holistic Counsellor – specialising in personal growth and general well-being – and has a keen interest in people development and in the dynamics of relationships both personally and in the work-place. He is an experienced final signatory, having worked in a wide range of therapy areas in all phases of product lifecycles both in the UK and internationally.
