Welcome to Navigate Medical. We provide medical expertise and consultancy for the Pharmaceutical Industry. Navigate Medical was founded in 2004 by Dr Tim Paget and Tim was joined by Dr Clive Selwyn as Partner in 2020. Tim and Clive are both experienced Pharmaceutical Physicians specialising in Medical Affairs. We can provide direct support or identify associate Pharmaceutical Physicians who work with us.
Tim who brings many years of experience to the business, having led medical teams and departments in the UK and worked on pan-European medical-marketing projects with companies large and small including Parke Davis (Now Pfizer), J&J, Eisai, Novartis, Shire and Celgene to name a few. Clive is a highly skilled Medical Affairs professional with 12 yrs+ wide-ranging experience. Clive is extremely personable and a great team player. He is commercially-aware and solution-focussed. He has worked in a wide range of therapy areas in all phases of product lifecycles – launching many products for many different pharmaceutical companies and supporting the markets of many different countries.
The therapeutic expertise available through Navigate Medical is extensive and includes Oncology, Neurology, Cardiovasular, Diabetes, Gastro Intestinal, Oncology, Haematology, Immunology, Cannabinoid-based Medicines, Women’s Health, and Psychiatry
Navigate for Success
Navigate Medical can provide medical project management (including interim management for key positions), expert medical writing and training services, as well as mentoring and coaching. Our consultants are medically qualified, GMC registered, and have specialist training and extensive experience in Pharmaceutical Medicine – including the development and marketing of medicines. Our experience is derived from work within the Pharmaceutical Industry, work within and partnering with the NHS, coupled with specialist skills in coaching and communication.
Our scientific training and experience along with our organisational leadership experience and business acumen add considerable value to what we do, the foundation stone of our work is based on the premise that success in medical projects both within the pharmaceutical industry and amongst its stakeholders is dependant not just on the robust science but on sound communication, ethical leadership and an outcomes focus.
